Ramsey Solutions (Dave Ramsey) is the world's leading voice in personal finance. With 1,000+ team members across dozens of teams, cohesive branding and visual design was an ongoing challenge that needed to be addressed.
STRATEGY
As Lead Designer of a small Brand Committee, I've helped shape the company's visual identity to maintain consistency across all teams and touchpoints. My work focuses on establishing design standards, building scalable systems, and providing creative direction for other teams as needed. I also lead design for a digital marketing team with a combined audience of over 400,000, collaborating with marketers, copywriters, and stakeholders for web, email, and social.
IMPACT
Increased annual revenue by $2M+ each year since 2023, increased monthly CVR by 25-50%+ on several occasions (min. 2,000 customers), designed a web experience adopted by every business unit in the company, and leverage design systems and AI to streamline multiple processes, saving weeks of work each month.
