Ramsey Solutions (Dave Ramsey) is the world's leading voice in personal finance. With 1,000+ team members across dozens of teams, cohesive branding and visual design was a challenge that needed to be addressed, or else we risk losing trust with our audience.
STRATEGY
As a Lead Designer on a small Brand Committee, I help shape the company's visual identity to maintain consistency across all touchpoints. My work focuses on establishing design standards, building scalable design systems, and providing creative direction for teams as needed. Additionally, I lead design for a digital marketing team with an audience of over 300,000 across various channels. In this role, I collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and stakeholders to build landing pages, email campaigns, digital ads, and social media content. I've also leveraged AI to streamline multiple processes, saving several hours each month.
IMPACT
Increased annual revenue by $2M+ each year since 2023, increased monthly CVR by 25-50%+ on several occasions (min. 2,000 customers), designed a web experience later adopted by every business unit in the company, and scale design systems to multiple departments.
