CASE STUDY (IN-PROGRESS)
OVERVIEW
Boulder Mountain Church is a small, non-denominational church in Mesa, AZ. For over 40 years, the church had grown and matured, but their visual identity quickly fell behind and didn't align with their vision for the future.
STRATEGY
The vision and demographics of the church had changed drastically since it's founding in the late 80s, so we needed a logo and brand identity that felt more modern and representative of their new direction. The primary mark they selected is a combination of a "B" and "M" forming an abstract mountain, which is also used as a supporting element for patterns and image treatments. The overall brand identity is designed to be clean and minimal, utilizing photos of real attendees, staff, and locations to emotionally connect with people.
IMPACT
Estimated 350% weekly attendance increase and 55% membership increase post-rebrand (to-date).
